Terus was the successful contractor awarded the Selkirk College Parking Lot Upgrades consisting of milling the old asphalt to a depth of 65mm, performing catch basin and base repairs, supplying and installing new asphalt, and complete with line painting. The old asphalt was removed through milling, creating a smooth surface for the subsequent repairs and installations. Catch basin and base repairs were carried out to improve drainage and ensure a stable foundation. Terus then supplied and installed new asphalt, providing a durable and aesthetically pleasing parking lot surface. Finally, line painting added the finishing touches, improving organization and safety within the lot. Terus was excited to deliver a fully renovated parking lot to Selkirk College upon project completion.
