This project was tendered in early 2021 with Terus Construction being successful on the crushing, ready mix supply & paving works as a sub contractor to Pennecon Heavy Civil Ltd. For the paving scope, work began with temporary patching in 2021 / 2022 and permanent bottom lift and middle lift in 2023. In 2024 the remaining bottom lift and all of top lift will be completed. Overall scope is 39,000T of paving, 16,000T completed in 2023 with the remaining 26,000T to be placed in the summer of 2024.
